Making a will in an important thing to do - it gives you the opportunity to safeguard what is important to you and how you want your assets to be managed. Including a gift to a community organisation such as Life’s for Living Inc. is one way to continue your support. You may find the following words helpful for inclusion in your will. However, it is important to see your legal advisor before you do so.
Bequests can be directed to Life’s for Living Inc. for use at its discretion. These unencumbered gifts allow us to utilise funds in areas of particular need. Bequests can also be directed to a specific area within our organisation, such as research and development.
All bequest matters are treated with the utmost respect and kept in the strictest confidence (if this is the wish of the person making the bequest), bequests can be treated anonymously. If you already have a will, you can add a codicil to include Life’s for Living Inc, which can be a straightforward and inexpensive procedure.
If you choose to inform us about your bequest, you may enable us to acknowledge your gift during your lifetime. All known bequestors will be acknowledged by the organisation, your name will be preserved in perpetuity in the reception area of our organisation.
